Customers can request a refund within 3 days of receiving their order.

You have 2 business days to ship the item back after approval
Refund processing starts after we receive the returned item
Reverse pick up for returns is not applicable for international orders; customers must handle returns themselves.

π Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
